SaaS Product Development

Zero to revenue. Multi-tenant architecture, billing, auth, dashboards, analytics — done properly.

Timeline · 10–20 weeks to first paid customerPricing · From USD 50k for an MVP · USD 100–250k for a full multi-tenant launch

SaaS isn't just 'a web app' — it's auth, multi-tenancy, billing, plans and seats, role-based access, audit logs, admin tooling, customer dashboards, analytics, and a deploy pipeline that doesn't break on Friday afternoon. We've shipped enough SaaS to know exactly which battles to fight at each stage of growth.

Who it's for

Built for teams that need senior engineering — fast.

  • Founders going zero-to-revenue with a B2B or B2C SaaS
  • Companies productising an internal tool
  • Series A/B teams hiring an outside team to build the second product
  • Operators who want a flexible commercial backend — seats, plans, usage-based, hybrid
What you get

Concrete deliverables. No vague promises.

Multi-tenant from day one

Org / workspace / user model done right. You won't pay later to migrate single-tenant data into a real tenancy model.

Billing that doesn't suck

Stripe (or Paddle / Lemon Squeezy) with plans, seats, metered/usage-based pricing, prorations, dunning, and self-serve customer portal.

Auth & RBAC

SSO (Google, Microsoft, SAML), 2FA, granular roles, scoped tokens, session security, audit log of every privileged action.

Customer dashboards

Real product analytics, in-app charts, usage limits, friendly empty states, helpful onboarding tours.

Admin / ops console

Internal tooling for support, refunds, user impersonation (audited), feature flags, plan adjustments. Saves your team hundreds of hours.

Compliance-aware

GDPR data exports + deletion, SOC 2 Type 1 readiness, privacy logs, encrypted backups, environment isolation.

FAQ

Common questions about saas products.

Should I start with multi-tenant or single-tenant?+

Multi-tenant from day one is almost always cheaper, even for the first 10 customers. Single-tenant looks easier for the first month but kills you when you migrate. We model both during Discovery.

Do you handle the Stripe integration?+

Yes — plans, seats, usage metering, prorations, the customer billing portal, dunning, and webhooks. We've shipped Stripe enough times that the gotchas don't surprise us.

What about SOC 2?+

We architect for SOC 2 Type 1 readiness from day one (encrypted backups, audit logs, principle-of-least-privilege, environment isolation). The actual audit is its own engagement — we partner with Vanta / Drata / Secureframe.

Can you build the admin / ops console too?+

Yes — usually one of the last things we ship before launch. It's the single biggest leverage tool your support and ops teams will get.
