Maintenance & Support

24/7 observability, SLAs, and partnership engineering so your product never sleeps.

Timeline · Onboarding in 1-2 weeks · ongoing retainerPricing · From USD 4k/month · USD 8–18k/month for typical production SaaS

Shipping the product is half the job. Keeping it running, secure, and improving — that's the half most agencies wave goodbye to. We don't. Our retained partnerships keep your product healthy with proper observability, SLA-backed response times, and a senior engineer on call for whatever production decides to do next.

Who it's for

Built for teams that need senior engineering — fast.

  • Companies whose internal team can't sustain on-call coverage
  • Products built by another agency that's gone silent
  • Founders who want to focus on product vision, not patching dependencies
  • SaaS in growth phase where uptime and security become existential
What you get

Concrete deliverables. No vague promises.

24/7 observability

Sentry / Datadog / Better Stack with alerting routes for critical paths. We see the issue before your customers do.

SLA-backed response

P1 within 30 minutes, P2 within 4 hours, P3 next business day — written into the contract.

Security patching

Dependency upgrades, CVE monitoring, framework migrations, certificate renewal. We don't ignore the dependabot PRs.

Continuous improvement

Each month: a small batch of refactors, performance wins, UX fixes — keeping technical debt from compounding.

Cost optimisation

Quarterly review of cloud spend, right-sizing, idle resource cleanup. We pay for ourselves on the savings alone for many clients.

Compliance hygiene

SOC 2 evidence collection, GDPR data exports, security audit prep, access reviews — handled, not put off.

FAQ

Common questions about maintenance.

Will you take over a project we didn't build?+

Yes — about a third of our retainers start that way. We do a codebase audit first and tell you honestly what we found and what to fix.

What's covered in a retainer?+

Bug fixes, security patches, dependency upgrades, observability, on-call coverage, monthly improvement work, quarterly business review. Big new features are scoped separately.

What are your SLAs?+

P1 (production down): 30-minute response. P2 (degraded): 4 hours. P3 (low impact): next business day. All in writing in the retainer agreement.

Can we cancel anytime?+

30-day notice, no penalty. We'd rather you stay because we're useful than because of a contract clause.
